The Inside of a Sofa
Today, we’re looking at the inside of a Décor-Rest sofa. Since we won’t take apart the sofa on the showroom floor to show you, Décor-Rest has provided a nice little diagram that’s super helpful.

Construction

Starting with the inside back, Décor-Rest’s sofa backs won’t flatten or shift, which unfortunately is common in many other sofa brands. The fabrics, stitching, and zipper installation are all top quality and crafted with precision and quality in mind. There’s nothing worse than leaning on a hard sofa arm, so Décor-Rest makes sure they are nicely padded, too.
We love that Décor-Rest gives you an option to choose a leg colour, which is a small detail that really makes a big difference in a space. All of Décor-Rest’s styles include a luxurious eco-friendly foam that is manufactured without CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons).
The springs are an important part of a sofa because, without good spring construction, a sofa can become saggy and uncomfortable quickly. All Décor-Rest seating is sprung with an 8 gauge no-sag sinuous spring construction.
We also want to mention that Décor-Rest uses hardwood to construct their products, instead of plywood, which will extend the life of your sofa!
