Designed by people who don't do dishes - Overpriced Terrible Dishwasher

This is the first time in 15 years that I've had a dishwasher. I was so excited to start using this model and have been so disappointed. It is barely functional. The bottom rack prongs are not spaced far enough apart to accommodate anything more than the thinnest of plates. Cutting boards, pans, etc. will not fit. Pots, bowls, and anything larger than a dessert plate has to just be piled on top. BUT! The clearance between the bottom rack and the upper spray arm is so small that these items will prevent the spray arm from turning. The dishes in the top rack don't get cleaned when this happens. The upper rack prongs are similar. Bowls do not fit and end up stacking on top of each other. This prevents any chance of silverware or utensils getting clean in the very top rack. Dishes only barely dry on the highest drying setting even with a drying agent and following the manual. So, it's a choice of paying for the extra electricity to dry my dishes or let them air dry for hours. For the price we paid, I expected much more.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher. It gets the dishes, completely clean and spotless. It’s always dry when I go to unload it. I would not have chose chosen any other dishwasher because this one is absolutely amazing.

Awesome dishwasher

Dishwasher

New dishwasher to the Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, it's new and the "jury" is still out on this one. I want to like it, and I've read the manual (what little manual that I have) but, it's just poorly designed for loading everyday dishes, plates, bowls, pots, cups etc. The 3rd rack for more silverware is silly, unless you have a family of 20, but I do use this for big utensils. I guess you could remove the lower silverware holder and just use the 3rd rack for your silverware. That would give you extra room for plates. The "tongs" are backwards, to me. My plates and bowls fall onto each other. I don't like that they touch. I only have artist made (USA) pottery; therefore, I don't want anything touching. Another problem, wet. Everything is wet. I use Jet Dry, I use great detergent...I follow to the T with the instructions. It's just my husband and I and there's never a full load. And yes, I am a clean nut, fanatic.

Frigidaire Professional diswasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. We rarely use dishwashers b/c it is just me and my husband but it was perfect when we moved into our new home to wash all the dishes and utensils. It is also perfect when hosting events.

Quality for Decades

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Frigidaire Pro fridge lasted for 21 years! When the compressor finally stopped working, likely due to my error in not cleaning the cobwebs out regularly, we purchased this one. Here’s hoping it lasts as long as the last one!
