Strawberry Basil Salsa
1 basket strawberries
1 red onion
A handful of fresh basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Balsamic vinegar or reduction, to taste
Dice strawberries, onion, and basil. Add salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar, to taste. Mix together and let sit in the fridge to let the flavours combine. Serve with tortilla chips or on top of chicken or salmon. Also delicious on a bed of fresh summer lettuce or arugula.
